    You took time to explain
    the process to me...

“I would like to tell you how satisfied I am with my outcome. It was really a pleasure working with you. You were very easy to talk to and I always felt comfortable. You took the time to explain the process to me so I understood each step that was being taken on my behalf. I also appreciate the fact that you reached out to me on a regular basis to keep me updated on the status of my case. I was so impressed with your services that I referred a co-worker for assistance. I just want to say I am very happy that I came to you for help, and your law group is the best!! - M

I wish I would have hired Mark Sherry first to handle my case...

“Hiring Mark Sherry was the best decision I have ever made! I wish I would have hired him FIRST to handle my Workers Comp case. Mark was a delight to work with and he fought hard for me right to the end. I couldn’t have done it without him. - KV

Mark and Brett helped me through a very difficult time in my life...

“As a client of Mark and Brett, they helped me through a very difficult time in my life. No one is looking to get hurt at the the company they work for, but it’s good to know that there are attorneys out there like Mark & Brett Sherry. Because of their help, I was able to get good medical assistance to recover and get back to work. I always recommend their office to anyone in need of a great attorney. After getting to know them, they really make you feel that you are in good hands.
Thanks again for this life changing outcome, life is even better than it was. - JG

    Workers' Compensation FAQ

You need to report your California work injury as soon as possible. In general, California workers have 30 days to report their on-the-job injury or illness to their employer. Failing to report an injury or illness within this 30-day timeline could result in the injury victim’s inability to recover workers’ compensation benefits in California.

Additionally, employees need to be aware of the workers’ compensation claim statute of limitations in California. If you fail to file an Application for Adjudication of Claim within one year of becoming aware of your injury or illness, you may lose your right to file an injury claim and miss the opportunity to secure compensation for your medical expenses and lost wages.
